HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?

The cost to attend Lennox LIVE is based on the registration date and the rate is per person (or badge):

Early Bird Price: $49 USD **Ends for West 1/31; Ends for Central, SE & NE 2/7**

Regular Price: $99 USD **West: 2/1 – 2/16; Central 2/8-2/22; SE: 2/8-3/5; NE: 2/8-3/6**

On-site/Walk-in Price: $199 USD *After registration closes through the show dates*

No refunds permitted.


ARE NAME BADGES REQUIRED?

Yes, name badges are required at all Lennox LIVE functions (including all sessions, breakouts, Vendor Showcase, and meals.) No one will be admitted without a name badge.


WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Credit cards are required for each registration and will be processed once the registration is successfully submitted.


I WANT TO ATTEND, BUT MISSED THE HOUSING DEADLINE. CAN I STILL REGISTER?

Yes, you can still register, but since housing reserved through Lennox has closed, you will be responsible for arranging your own hotel accommodations.


I WANT TO ATTEND, BUT REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. CAN I STILL REGISTER?

The meeting fee after registration closes is $199 USD per person and will be handled on-site at the registration desk.


CAN I GO EARLY OR EXTEND MY STAY (DEVIATE)?

Yes, based on availability. Please note your requests in the hotel section of your registration. Lennox has a specific group block over the program dates and cannot guarantee rate or availability for pre- or post- extended stays. The hotel will email you a confirmation confirming your request.

Lennox is not responsible for additional days booked. Any concerns should be addressed directly with the hotel.


CAN I BRING EXTRA GUEST(S) AND CAN THEY SHARE MY ROOM?

Yes, you may bring a guest, but each person must be identified during the registration process in order to attend any aspect of the meeting, even if it is just the meals and showcase. If your guest is NOT attending the meeting or meals at the event, then they will not need to register.


I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND. CAN I SEND SOMEONE ELSE (NAME CHANGE)?

Yes, you can send someone else from your business in your place. Please notify Melissa Soto at [email protected] so we can update our records and provide the correct name badge. Also, you must contact the hotel to change reservation information directly.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

Please notify your Lennox registration contact that you are no longer able to attend. No registration fees will be refunded for cancellations. If you have another representative from your company, we can process a name change.


WHAT IS THE ATTIRE FOR THE EVENT?

Business Casual

Women – Skirt, khakis, or pants. Open-collar shirt, blouse, knit shirt or sweater. Dress.

Men – Seasonal sport coat or blazer with slacks or khakis. Dress shirt, casual button-down shirt, open-collar or polo shirt.


DO PREMIER DEALERS GET ONE NIGHT PAID FOR?

Yes, Lennox Premier Dealers will receive ONE hotel night per dealership complimentary.


IF I CAN’T MAKE THIS MEETING, CAN I ATTEND ANOTHER LIVE MEETING LOCATION?

If you are unable to attend your Lennox LIVE event, please contact Tom Towe at [email protected] for approval to attend another show. All decisions will be based on availability.
