The cost to attend Lennox LIVE is based on the registration date. Rates per person/badge are as follows:
Early Bird Price: $49 USD
**Early bird price expiration dates: West: 1/31; Central, SE, & NE: 2/7
Regular Price: $99 USD
**Regular price availability: West: Feb. 1-16; Central: Feb. 8-22; SE: Feb. 2 - Mar. 5; NE: Feb. 8 - Mar. 6
On-site/Walk-in Price: $199 USD
**Price activates after registration closes through the show dates.
No Refunds permitted.
Yes, name badges are required at all Lennox LIVE functions (sessions, breakouts, Vendor Showcase, and meals). No one will be admitted without a name badge.
Credit cards are required for each registration. They will be processed once the registration is successfully submitted.
Yes, you can still register. However, since housing reserved through Lennox has closed, you will be responsible for arranging your own hotel accommodations.
After the registration period closes, the meeting fee becomes $199 USD per person. Payment can be made on-site at the registration desk.
Yes, based on availability. Please note your requests in the hotel section of your registration. Lennox has a specific group block over the program dates and cannot guarantee rates or availability for pre or post-extended stays. The hotel will email you a confirmation confirming your request.
Lennox is not responsible for additional days booked. Any concerns should be addressed directly with the hotel.
Yes, you may bring a guest; but each person must be identified during the registration process to be able to attend any portion of the meeting, meals and showcases included. If your guest is not attending the meeting or meals at the event, they will not need to register.
Yes, someone else can come on your behalf. Simply notify us at [email protected] that someone else will take your place so we can update our records and provide the correct name badge. Also, you must contact the hotel to change reservation information
Please notify your Lennox registration contact that you are no longer able to attend. No registration fees will be refunded for cancellations. If you have another representative from your company, we can process a name change.
Women - Skirt, khakis, or pants; open-collar shirt, blouse, knit shirt, sweater, or dress.
Men - Seasonal sport coat or blazer with slacks or khakis; dress shirt, casual button-down shirt, open-collar, or polo shirt.
Yes, Lennox Premier Dealers will receive one complementary hotel night stay per dealership
If you are unable to attend the Lennox LIVE event you initially registered for, please contact Tom Towe at [email protected] for approval to attend another show. All decisions will be based on availability.
